NavaJeevan Marketing is a direct selling platform operating under a structured business plan. Participation in the business implies acceptance of all company rules, policies, and applicable laws.

Membership

• Registration with NavaJeevan Marketing is completely free.
• Account activation is mandatory through wallet top-up.
• Only one ID is allowed per PAN card.
• A maximum of three IDs are permitted per mobile number.
• Only active IDs are eligible to refer new members.

Income Rules

• Matching income is generated only for active IDs.
• Income is calculated strictly as per the company business plan.
• One-time cutting applies at: 11 PV, 21 PV, 31 PV, 41 PV, and 51 PV.
• Inactive accounts will not generate any income.

Withdrawals & P2P Transfers

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500.
• Withdrawals are processed on the 1st of every month.
• For withdrawal and P2P transfer, two direct active referrals are mandatory (one on the left and one on the right).
• P2P transfer facility is available with a minimum transfer of ₹500.
• Admin & service charges of 20% are applicable at payout time.

Account Compliance

• Only active IDs can earn, refer, and withdraw income.
• Violation of company rules may lead to account suspension or termination.
• Any misuse of the system or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
• Company decisions regarding accounts and income are final.

Legal

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
